The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our boutique staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury watch brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Support the boutique management to achieve sales targets by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our premium products.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of service standards at all times using the OMEGA sales ceremony, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Client Development: Assist in developing and maintaining the client database, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stock Management: Perform daily security stock counts, organize and maintain back-up stock, visual merchandising material, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of OMEGA brands and products, staying up-to-date on latest trends and innovations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' retail experience in the luxury sector, preferably in the watch industry.
  • Proven customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • An energetic, driven, and enthusiastic individual who embodies the OMEGA brand values.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and incentives that reflect your performance and contributions to our team.
