About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Lead to join our team at Robert Walters Australia. As a key member of our Human Capital Management (HCM) Program, you will be responsible for overseeing HR system implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the effective and efficient gathering of business requirements, design workshops, and playbacks with the business and implementation partner.
  • Ensure the Success Factors solution meets requirements and conforms to SAP best practices and standards.
  • Lead discussions with business on opportunities for both functional and process improvements aligning to the transformation agenda.
  • Work collaboratively with the SI functional leads and team, participate in design workshops, playbacks, and contribute to challenging design decisions.
  • Contribute to development, review, approval, and maintenance of timely and accurate product documentation.
  • Collaborate across the program team to ensure outstanding design decisions, functional/technical debt, and identified risks/issues are followed up on and raised at appropriate forums and management levels.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an SAP Success Factors HCM Functional Lead role in large transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of business analysts and architects to deliver a high-impact and high-quality engagement with business stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage customer expectations.
