**Job Title:** Nurse Leader in Aged Care

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality care standard is maintained in our aged care facility. This involves proactive management of resident care, commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to each resident, respecting their privacy and dignity.
  • Support new graduates and oversee clinical placements.
  • Develop, monitor and implement nursing care plans for residents.
  • Assist in assessing, planning and evaluating care for residents with complex needs.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • RN experience in aged care.
  • 3 years post-basic or post-graduate experience.
