Job Title: Programme Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Administrator to collaborate with a leading government client in Queensland.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide effective support to programme teams and delivery squads by managing financial information and budgets, including project cost monitoring, invoicing, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • To ensure timely and accurate reporting for assigned programmes in accordance with enterprise frameworks.
  • To proactively monitor projects and initiatives within the programme to facilitate prioritisation, change management, resourcing, risk mitigation, and scheduling alignment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a programme administrator or manager in large-scale programmes.
  • Proven expertise in programme financial management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, change management, and process improvement.

About the Role:

  • This is a contract position with possible extension.
  • The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane CBD and work from home.
