As a specialist in home lending, you will play a vital part in our mission to become Australia's bank of choice. This role involves developing pipelines of lending leads and nurturing them throughout their buying journey.

About the Role

This position requires exceptional financial knowledge and a passion for helping individuals achieve their goals. You will utilize your holistic understanding of customer needs and credit analysis skills to make informed decisions that benefit both customers and the bank.

This permanent, full-time role is based at our Perth Branch, with opportunities to work across our Joondalup Branch as well. The successful candidate will be working 76 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing consumer lending experience, essential for this role
  • Extensive customer service or sales background, utilizing skills to build strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Deep understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Assessing customer needs and developing a comprehensive view of their situation
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • Sound understanding of small business offerings
