The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management System (BMS) Service Technician to join our team in Perth. As a BMS Service Technician, you will be responsible for managing the breakdown and maintenance of Building Management Systems, demonstrating a high knowledge of products to constantly suggest improvements to our customers, and ensuring that excellent service delivery is met and achieved within budget & time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the breakdown and maintenance of Building Management Systems.
  • Demonstrate a high knowledge of products to constantly suggest improvements to our customers.
  • Ensure that excellent service delivery is met and achieved within budget & time constraints.
  • Practice a high degree of safety awareness, to ensure safety requirements are met onsite.
  • Participate in on-call duties from time to time, where you may need to work after hours.
Requirements
  • Technical skills in Electrical or Mechanical HVAC or Instrumentation or Controls.
  • Knowledge in building management systems and passionate about finding and implementing energy efficiency solutions.
  • IT proficient with fault-finding experience and knowledge with network routers, switches and network hardware.
  • Experience with security systems would be advantageous but not essential.
