The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in the Marsden Park office, focusing on named accounts, preparing and following up quotes, and being the primary in-house contact for these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Qualify and research job requirements for all inbound leads, and prepare job quotes for clients.
  2. Proactively follow up opportunities after quoting, completing all Pipedrive activities and following up until won or lost.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with named accounts.
  4. Provide customers with accurate pricing and accurate stock level data.
  5. Maintain a positive working relationship with named accounts while building relationships with new customers whenever possible.
  6. Coordinate & prepare tenders, proposals, and agreements.
  7. Submit regular reports, as required, on customer sales and forecasting.
  8. Assist with answering inbound calls and assist clients with product-related questions.
Requirements:
  1. Estimate and formulate quotes in a timely manner.
  2. Be customer-focused: understanding needs and aspirations and being able to provide solutions.
  3. Exhibit an enthusiastic, professional & helpful phone manner.
  4. Demonstrate very effective written, presentation & oral communication skills.
  5. Show strong organisational, project & time management skills.
  6. Have an excellent analytical and problem-solving approach.
  7. Pay attention to detail.
  8. Communicate technical product details effectively.
