  • Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to team objectives and prioritize branch tasks, projects, and services.
  • Assist in strategic planning for long-term initiatives, program and project management, and policy development for the branch.
  • Develop innovative initiatives and business improvement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of branch services, projects, and workplace practices.
  • Conduct co-design and consultations with internal stakeholders, including staff with disabilities, line managers, and enabling services.
  • Research best practices in accessibility and inclusion.
  • Perform audits and gap analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Gather, document, and assess the scope and requirements of stakeholders.
  • Create detailed process maps and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and mitigate risks while contributing to program and business improvement initiatives.
