The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PAM technologies and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and administering secure privileged access management systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development. This is a permanent full-time position based in Sydney, Australia.

Job Description

As a PAM Engineer at Cuscal Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure management of privileged accounts, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access to critical systems and data. You will design and implement secure processes for managing privileged credentials, including password vaulting, session monitoring, and multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Privilege Access Management systems.
  • Design and implement secure processes for managing privileged credentials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PAM solutions meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing daily operations of PAM systems, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of privileged accounts. This includes managing the lifecycle of privileged accounts, conducting regular reviews of privileged access rights, and investigating and responding to any security incidents or anomalies related to privileged access.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience with PAM technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.
  • 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a focus on Privileged Access Management or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • A strong understanding of security principles, authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms.
