About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls, delivering top-tier patient care, and handling inquiries from key stakeholders.

The role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the skills, systems knowledge, and confidence to excel in your new role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient bookings and provide exceptional front-line service to patients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver outstanding patient care, including registration, scheduling, and addressing queries.
  • Handle inquiries from referrers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders.

You'll need to be eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills, a patient-first attitude, strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are essential.
