Deliver Personalized Support

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Carer to provide exceptional care and support to our aged and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities and personal care needs
  • Assist clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment
  • Support clients' independence by helping with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when required
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and bed making
  • Plan and accompany clients during social activities and community engagement
  • Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to the Care Coordinator
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and complete required documentation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Run errands, including shopping and collecting prescriptions as needed
Health and Safety:
  • Comply with all relevant legislation and regulations
  • Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe working environment
  • Report any hazards or incidents immediately
Qualification and Experience:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year full-time relevant experience
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Valid National Police Clearance
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
