Requirements

  • Strong skills in 12D software and other relevant design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, land development, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to produce accurate and thorough design documents.
  • Capability to address design challenges creatively and effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
