About the Product Role

The product team is responsible for turning client ideas and feedback into reality. The team is split into two functions - strategy and engineering.

The team is passionate about client needs and understands how to translate those needs into features.

We are looking for a Product Leader to join our network and work with domain experts to articulate road-mapped items to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and deliver the vision and roadmap to stakeholders involved in the project
- Engage with end-users to provide strategy in conjunction with the Strategy team
- Contribute to the quarterly roadmap plan for development delivery
- Address impediments, drive decisions, and prioritize the product feature backlog for maximum value
- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
- Define acceptance criteria
- Plan and execute sprints
- Deliver clear instructions to engineers and ensure prior prepared work
- Plan and conduct product feature testing and provide product signoff before release
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for timely announcements of new features and releases

What We Look For

- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product leader, preferably in the Technology industry
- High intellectual curiosity to understand products and how they solve client problems
- Understanding and practical experience of Agile/Scrum development approach
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Interest in working in the Technology industry
