About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. As a skilled craftsperson, you will take pride in creating high-quality baked goods that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of products, from traditional breads to artisanal pastries. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that every item that leaves our bakery meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and ingredients are stored safely and efficiently. You will also be responsible for adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A trade certificate or diploma in baking or a related field is required; relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience working in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a proven track record of meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles, including HACCP and allergen control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for innovation and creativity, with a willingness to try new ideas and approaches.
