Overview


Kimberly-Clark is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner and S&OP Lead to join our Family Care team in North Sydney. As a key member of our planning function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.



About You


You have a strong background in demand planning and supply chain management, with experience working in fast-paced environments. You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and economic indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to gather input and validate demand forecasts.
  • Facilitate S&OP meetings to align demand plans with supply chain capabilities and business objectives.
  • Ensure that demand forecasts are integrated into the overall business planning process and aligned with financial targets.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to improve forecasting performance.


Requirements



  • Demonstrated experience in demand planning and S&OP, ideally from the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns. Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure precise demand forecasts and inventory plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address demand planning challenges and implement effective solutions.


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including superannuation, career development opportunities, free health & well-being activities, volunteering leave, and more.
