The Role

This permanent full-time position requires a diploma-qualified educator to join our team at our Perth Airport Early Learning & Development Service. As an educator, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to providing a high-quality learning environment aligned with our principles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in room routines to ensure flexibility, responsiveness, and a child-focused approach
  • Providing a sense of security, encouragement, and care to individual needs
  • Collaborating with room leaders and educational leaders to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • SUPPORTING A POSITIVE TEAM CULTURE THAT IS REFLECTIVE AND COMMITTED TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Demonstrated skills and experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old
  • Valid WA Working with Children's Check
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months
