Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Collective Growth, you will work alongside our other allied health clinicians to provide assessment and therapeutic services to young people and their families.

Our goal is to create a supportive and enjoyable work environment where staff feel valued and empowered to grow. We believe in the importance of ongoing professional development and offer opportunities for training and further study.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support children and their families
  • Conduct assessments for developmental, physical, academic, and occupational needs
  • Develop and implement discipline-specific templates and resources
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
  • Driver's license and access to a car
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives
