Treasury Officer

About the Role:

The Treasury Officer will be responsible for administering the business treasury function, assisting in monthly end processing, and transactional analysis for our billings.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily cash receipts and customer deposits.
2. Reconcile business bank accounts regularly.
3. Prepare daily cash position reports.
4. Ensure sufficient funds for payments by liaising with Accounts Payable and Payroll departments.
5. Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
6. Prepare Balance Sheet and general ledger reconciliations.
7. Prepare bank submission reporting files for month-end.
8. Administer and report on bank accounts and guarantees.
9. Prepare supplier rebate schedules for review.
10. Support the Financial Controller as needed.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in banking and reconciliation roles.
2. Experience working in a company with large cash flows.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Must obtain a clear National Police Check.
