Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with guest arrivals and departures, including parking and collection of vehicles, and luggage handling.
- Develop a sound knowledge of the local area and Gold Coast events to provide guests with recommendations and information.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
