Assistant Store Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business. You will also be responsible for creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, building a team that is empowered to exceed, and adhering to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

You will possess a passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation. You will also be able to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters. Additionally, you will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and have a strong understanding of operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
