We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the store team and managing daily operations to achieve business success.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • You will be responsible for coaching and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • You have previous supervisory experience or are ready for that next step.
  • You demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideally, you have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • You have flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence.
  • You prioritise safety and have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role.
