Job Opportunity: Skilled Seafood Stocker

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a seafood stocker. This role involves preparing and stocking seafood products to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Key responsibilities include preparing seafood for retail sale by portioning, pin boning fish, cutting sashimi, and processing/packing seafood.
  • Rotate stock to ensure optimal freshness and presentation.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with cutting techniques, preferably in a food preparation or commercial kitchen environment. They will also demonstrate attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Requirements:
  • Must have experience with cutting techniques, preferably in a food preparation or commercial kitchen environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Available to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends.
  • Hold full-time working rights and be able to work year-round.
  • Speak fluent English.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and own a car.
