Job DescriptionThis Clinical Trial Coordinator role requires administrative and technical support, ensuring files are reviewed according to schedule and audit readiness is maintained. You'll provide critical path development for site activation within assigned projects, utilizing local knowledge, organization systems, and external site lists.
- Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews as assigned, documenting findings in appropriate systems.
- Evaluate tasks' feasibility and communicate risks proactively to project leads.
- Ensure system databases are current and perform administrative tasks on assigned trials.
- Maintain vendor trackers and support start-up teams in regulatory submissions.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high/secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-1 year).
- An ability to work in a team or independently as required.
- Flexibility to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines.
