Senior Software Development Leader

  • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive solutions, leading a team of software developers, and constantly improving the products and solutions that the team is responsible for.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support across various activities, including leveraging appropriate technologies to design and implement business solutions that align with objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and implementing high-quality business solutions using Microsoft technical stack.
  • Leading a team to improve existing software development and integration systems and solutions.
  • Ensuring that team solutions meet information and decision support requirements of internal and external customers.
  • Working within an agile delivery methodology to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Maintaining full documentation for supported solutions and related services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software solution architecture and design, advanced knowledge of .NET / C#, good documentation skills, highly developed technical problem-solving and analytical skills, and experience in mentoring team members.
