Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide premium care experiences to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan developed by a registered nurse and meet the safety needs of the client.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care services to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Clean and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • A National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector)
  • A Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Clearance
