Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our First and Business team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating luxury travel experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your travel experience to sell luxury travel products and destinations
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers over the phone and via email
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and government restrictions
  • Work towards nationally recognized qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel)

Requirements

  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion for customer service
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and efficient organizer
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
