Senior Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Senior Retail Leader to join our dynamic team.

  • Drive sales growth through effective store management, visual merchandising, and inventory control

About the Role:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to store staff to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain store appearance
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operation of the store, including scheduling, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and build strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior retail leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
