The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our APAC Data Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects across various clients. These projects will involve technical aspects related to Data and Digital Analytics, including cloud implementations, web analytics deployment, and Business Intelligence dashboard developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely delivery of each project, ensuring it remains within scope and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
- Develop project Statements of Work (SOW), including objectives, scope, resources, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Organize and coordinate cross-functional teams of analysts, data engineers, digital constants, and other professionals.
- Prepare project plans and document progress for review by senior management and key client stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Schedule and run agile sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Manage project tasks, acting as a scrum master.
- Mitigate risk and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Evaluate project success against established criteria.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role.
- Demonstrated examples of use of project management methodologies.
- Experience working for an agency as well as on the client-side.
- A strong understanding of website consulting, design, and development.
- Comfortable using Jira as a primary tool for coordination.
- Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and communicate business value of suggested ideas and plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Math, or Statistics/Economics are preferred.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Google Cloud are highly valued.
