Optical Eyewear Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital part in our patient journey. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for interpreting and analysing prescriptions with precision to ensure every customer gets exactly what they need.
Main Responsibilities- Interpreting and analysing prescriptions to provide accurate solutions for customers.
- Selecting the ideal lens types for each customer's prescription and taking precise measurements for a perfect fit.
- Performing thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date on promotions and products.
- Previous experience in optics is required, with a Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing desired but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people are essential.
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
