Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Directory Services professional to join our team as a contract role. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments for optimal performance and security.
  • Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and compliance standards.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of directory services.
  • Implement identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Automate identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate identity threats and enhance directory security posture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory design, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Azure AD, AD Connect, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Hands-on experience with Group Policy Management (GPO), Kerberos, LDAP, and DNS
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and management
  • Experience implementing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity federation
  • Understanding of Zero Trust security models, identity governance, and privileged access management (PAM)
  • Familiarity with SIEM, identity analytics, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
