We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Modus Projects. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance duties on electrical systems and HVAC equipment at various commercial sites across Rockhampton and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and HVAC equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical and HVAC issues
- Install, replace, and upgrade electrical and HVAC equipment as required
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople to achieve project goals
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance
- Cert III or IV in Electrotechnology
- Valid Electrical Licence
- Experience with HVAC and Refrigeration an added bonus
- Partake in a Police check and Medical check
- Drivers Licence A
- A can-do attitude
