About the Role

JamesValé Recruitment is seeking a skilled Timber Machinist to join our client's team in their Carole Park facility. As a Timber Machinist, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty state-of-the-art timber machining machinery, ensuring accuracy and speed in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate timber machining equipment, including drills, saws, and other machinery
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in timber machining or a related field
  • Strong understanding of timber machining principles and practices
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor
