  • Undertaking technical design and development of highly complex custom solutions and/or standard conversion and migration solutions.
  • Managing the deployment, release, and ensuring go-live production support and maintenance of the Branch Automation changes.
  • Proactively sharing knowledge and expertise as the Subject Matter Expert and providing assistance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
  • Ensuring compliance with endorsed software development methodologies.
  • Providing support to Test and Development teams to ensure high-quality custom solution realization.
  • Reporting on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators, and quality assurance in the area of responsibility.
  • Preparing and reviewing a range of Automation written material, including technical and corporate documentation.
  • Providing detailed, specialist Automation technical advice to Senior Management where appropriate.
  • Supporting Automation innovation and leading change.
  • Encouraging and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship.
  • Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain.
