Job Title: Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Advisor

About the Role:
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide compliance and operational excellence advice
  • Provide expert advice and practical solutions to support quality management systems
  • Conduct internal audits and action tracking
  • Review contracts and identify project contractual deliverables
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and implement hazard controls
  • Conduct safety investigations for incidents or injuries that occur on site
  • Partner with the Health & Safety Manager to prepare and maintain the annual audit plan
  • Schedule and conduct internal audits and action tracking to ensure compliance
  • Review and maintain quality management systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure a safe working environment


About You:
  • Completed Certificate IV in WHS or similar
  • Exposure to working in high-risk environments
  • Ability to clearly communicate and consult to deliver strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
