Job Description

The Director of Growth and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan to drive business growth. This includes building and executing a growth marketing roadmap, hiring and leading high-performing teams, and creating a high-quality content production engine.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building the marketing strategy for the entire group
  • Hiring and leading A-players across growth, content, product marketing, and operations
  • Developing brand architecture, positioning, and key messaging for all brands
  • Creating a demand generation engine through warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, and paid ads
  • Optimizing funnels, sales enablement, customer marketing, product marketing, employer brand and recruitment marketing, M&A marketing, and tech stack
Requirements
