Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will provide technical assistance and support to the business for content management of our websites and systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and evaluating solutions against requirements and specifications from the business and analysts;
  • Implementing solutions including software architecture, design, testing, training, documentation, and communications;
  • Investigating, analyzing, and rectifying issues with systems and data;
  • Undertaking to understand and operate all aspects of our business processes and systems;
  • Assisting with analysis of our business to create effective and efficient tools and procedures;
  • Liaising with vendors regarding software development, support, integrations, and configuration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience with C# and ASP.NET;
  • Ability to take an existing design provided as an Adobe Photoshop file and implement it using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, and ASP.Net code;
  • Proven experience with JavaScript including frameworks such as jQuery and jQueryUI;
  • Experience developing high-traffic consumer-facing web and mobile sites;
  • Experience with DotNetNuke Content Management System is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with SOAP and RESTful Services using WCF and WebAPI is a distinct advantage;
  • Experience with MS-SQL Server/T-SQL is favourable;
  • Experience with unit testing using NUnit and MSTest;
  • Experience with build and deployment technologies like Nant, MSBuild, and MSDeploy is favourable.
