Our Dental Support Organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Southport on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves providing exceptional patient care and chairside assistance in various dental procedures, including:

  • Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to dentists
  • Delivering exceptional dental care and customer service
  • Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
  • Advising patients on their care
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Answering telephone calls and enquiries
  • Booking in patients
  • Administrative support
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Previous chairside dental experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
  • Cert III in Dental Assisting or three or more years' dental assisting experience preferred
