Job Summary

Cascade Strategy USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer success and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, project management, and commercial orientation, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise clients, understanding their strategic objectives and providing guidance on how our solution can support their business goals.
  • Implementation and Onboarding: Lead complex implementations, ensuring successful launches and high product adoption rates among our clients.
  • Renewals and Expansions: Strategically manage client renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with sales to close deals, resulting in increased revenue and customer retention.
  • Product Adoption and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, promote product adoption, and advise on change management strategies within large enterprises.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise customer success or account management roles, preferably in software as a service businesses with ACV > $50k. Experience working at the C-suite level is essential.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong client relationship management skills, project management expertise, commercial orientation, enterprise customer success skills, meeting management skills, negotiation skills, and exceptional communication and influence skills.
