**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and energetic educational leader to join our successful and well-established service at Muswellbrook.

This position will be offered on a permanent part-time basis, working across our after-school programs for children aged 5-12 years old.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the service, guiding and supporting a team that provides high-quality education and care to school-aged children.
  • Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development, and training.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation.
  • Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Bill.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully support the My Time Our Place Framework for School-Aged Children with the centre curriculum.

**Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum of 3 years' experience) as identified by Australian Children's Education and Care Authority.
  • Working with Children Check verification number.
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training.
  • Child protection qualification.
