We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team at Eden Academy, a leading provider of early childhood education and care. As a Nursery Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, offering a generous above award hourly rate and a range of benefits, including up to 95% off childcare fees for our working parents. You will have the opportunity to work in a specially designed centre with natural play environments, open-plan rooms, and abundant learning resources.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to our children, empowering them as independent learners and nurturing their curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness.
  • Develop engaging programs that cater to the needs of our children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build strong relationships with our families and the local community, ensuring a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to create a fun and rewarding environment that supports the growth and development of our children.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in EYLF and National Quality Standards
  • Australian Working Rights

  • Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with our families and the local community
  • A desire to contribute to an awesome team
