Grounds Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Person (Turf) to join our grounds maintenance team on a casual basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in preparing, maintaining and presenting the college ovals, gardens and grounds across all campuses.
Based at the Heyington Campus, the role will also involve assisting with the setup of sports ovals and cricket wicket preparation.
This is a casual position commencing by the end of May, with hours of 6:45am - 3:15pm.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate 3 in Horticulture - Turf Management
- Experience as a Grounds person in a school or similar environment
- Experience in the use of grounds maintenance equipment
- A valid driver's license
- Effective communication skills
You have a strong background in horticulture, particularly in turf management. You are confident in your ability to utilize equipment such as blowers, ride-on mowers and cricket wicket rollers.
