Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Concession Leader to oversee the daily operations of our concession stand.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through attentive and knowledgeable service.
  • Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures of the concession.
  • Inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Delegate duties and responsibilities to team members to ensure high standards are met in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to lead the team to meet key performance indicators for the concession.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising a team.
  • A passion for premium or luxury products.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to guide, train and coach others.
  • A proven track record of increasing overall business performance.
  • Strong commercial product management skills.
  • Confident working under pressure and thriving in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual goals.
