About the Role
  • We're seeking a Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team, where you'll play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience.
  • You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with a seamless branch experience, meeting their end-to-end banking needs, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Being part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
  • Taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
