About the Role- We're seeking a Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team, where you'll play a key role in providing customers with a seamless banking experience.
- You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet each customer's end-to-end financial needs.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing customers with a seamless branch experience, meeting their end-to-end banking needs, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Being part of a collaborative team, acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
- Actively participating in and supporting bank programs and initiatives.
- Taking responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
- Ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional customer focus, with retail experience an advantage.
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology, with working knowledge of digital channels an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
