- Participate in the admission process, promoting our lifestyle programs and assisting new residents with settling into their new home.
- Act as a resource to uphold excellence in dining services, ensuring resident individualized requests are met.
- Manage lifestyle programs, including intergenerational activities, bookings, and bus trips.
- Organize resident and relative meetings, as well as coordinate volunteers.
- Regularly attend dining services and be available to attend to residents' and families' queries.
