About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer - Base Maintenance to join our team at In Kehna. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in logistical analysis and coordination of consumable, expendable, and rotable materials, ensuring smooth operations across our entire network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Procurement Success: Forecast, analyze, and review activities to ensure timely, cost-effective outcomes that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.
  • Optimize Inventory Efficiency: Continuously analyze data to maintain ideal stock levels and streamline materials management for maximum efficiency.
  • Tackle High-Stakes Projects: Collaborate with key leaders on time-sensitive aircraft component initiatives, resolving material issues and escalating when needed.
  • Master Data Systems: Interrogate multiple systems, expertly manipulate data, and generate timely, accurate reports that keep stakeholders informed.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain lasting connections with management, vendors, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Uphold high safety, security, and regulatory standards, contributing to continuous improvement and a compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Procurement and Contracting, as well as Purchasing.
  • Ability to develop and implement processes, apply logic to data compilation, and use strong analytical and reasoning skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, advanced computer skills, and great numeracy.
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as in a team-focused environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Proactive approach with a willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and maintain accuracy while adhering to work instructions.
