Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Director to lead our digital transformation journey. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of engineering at an enterprise scale within a high-impact retail environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a clear strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Lead the design and delivery of initiatives across key functions (e.g. personalisation, forecasting, pricing, inventory optimisation)
  • Oversee the growth and development of a cross-functional teams
  • Champion the adoption of modern platforms and tooling
  • Engage senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams within retail, eCommerce, or consumer environments
  • Familiarity with modern cloud stacks (e.g. AWS, GCP)
  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills and ability to engage from the boardroom to the engineering floor
  • Visionary thinking paired with commercial execution
