About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Specialist to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digitisation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and efficient use of internal systems and processes.
  • Prepare documents for scanning and digital preservation.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office to capture and record data with precision.
  • Pick and pack items as required for digitisation tasks.
  • Operate high-speed scanners to efficiently process records.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on scanned images to maintain exceptional standards.
