Property Projects Manager Role Overview

The Property Projects Manager will be responsible for managing multiple property projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping and feasibility through to design, procurement, delivery, and handover. This role is central to the development and delivery of property solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple property projects concurrently, ensuring day-to-day oversight and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
  • Accountable for the delivery of projects to agreed business outcomes.
  • Understand and document business unit needs to deliver tailored property outcomes that meet operational and strategic goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project or development management, preferably in industrial property, consulting, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of APAC industrial property markets and experience delivering projects within them.
  • Skilled in planning and executing complex tasks safely, efficiently, and on time, using sound project management principles and OH&S practices.
