About the Role:

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our team at St Peters Lane Cove. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, supporting day-to-day tasks, working with clinical team members, maintaining documentation, and providing high-quality service to families and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
  • Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
  • Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
  • Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Providing high-quality service to families and the community
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • A reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
