Trainee PMB Plant Operator

Fulton Hogan is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee PMB Plant Operator. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a leading infrastructure company.
About the Role:- Undertake plant pre-start procedures to ensure a safe and efficient operation
- Assist with ordering of materials and stocktake to maintain a well-stocked facility
- Learn the batching process to produce high-quality PMB
- Load tankers and customers with PMB, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Assist with general maintenance to ensure the facility remains in good working order
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards
- A focused and reliable team player with excellent communication skills
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A current construction induction card (white card) and a valid driver's license
- Previous industry experience is advantageous, but not essential - we provide training and support to help you succeed in the role
